Competition Prep
Motiv8nu covers every aspect of your prep. We tailor programs for your build, cut, reverse and maintenance phases. During your prep we help you with your suit, trunks, board shorts, shoes, jewelry, full glam tanning and posing. Our programs cover nutrition, workouts, posing, and weekly check-ins. We have a brick & mortar location in Naperville, Illinois and owner Staci Boyer is an IFBB Pro and NPC Promoter of the NPC Phoenix Natural Noble Warrior.
Lifestyle Programs
With online via our APP and in person sessions in the Motiv8nu Studio we provide a very well rounded lifestyle program. Private or small group sessions are offered along with a variety of nutritional packages to tailor to your individual needs and goals.

Staci Boyer is a U.S. Navy Gulf War Veteran, IFBB Professional Athlete, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and nationally recognized veterans advocate.
As the founder of Motiv8n'U, she brings decades of experience in fitness, leadership, personal development, and community service.
A recipient of the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteerism,
Staci serves as Commander of Naperville VFW Post 3873 and represents Illinois on the VFW National Legislative Committee. Her work in advocacy, leadership, and empowering others has earned recognition at both the state and national levels.
Through personal experiences, real conversations, and practical strategies, Staci delivers engaging presentations focused on mindset, resilience, leadership, overcoming adversity, and personal growth.
Her message is simple: Success is in direct proportion to effort.
