Competition Prep
Motiv8nu covers every aspect of your prep. We tailor programs for your build, cut, reverse and maintenance phases. During your prep we help you with your suit, trunks, board shorts, shoes, jewelry, full glam tanning and posing. Our programs cover nutrition, workouts, posing, and weekly check-ins. We have a brick & mortar location in Naperville, Illinois and owner Staci Boyer is an IFBB Pro and NPC Promoter of the NPC Phoenix Natural Noble Warrior.
Lifestyle Programs
With online via our APP and in person sessions in the Motiv8nu Studio we provide a very well rounded lifestyle program. Private or small group sessions are offered along with a variety of nutritional packages to tailor to your individual needs and goals.

Staci Boyer is the Founder/CEO of Motiv8n’U, an award-winning author, IFBB pro, dedicated personal trainer, high-energy motivational speaker, and transformational wellness coach. Her 12 years as a U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman plus 35 years in the health and wellness industry provides Staci with experiences and passion to fulfill her own destiny and inspire others to achieve theirs. Staci holds a Master of Fitness Sciences through the ISSA, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and serves as Commander of the Naperville VFW post. Staci’s 7th book project - Dear Woman “The Letters” spreads the word of women’s empowerment featuring her letters that champion women for change in all aspects of their lives.
